Mission Statement
Our Mission at Inwood Homecare is to empower individuals by providing compassionate, personalised, and exceptional domiciliary care services that promote independence, enhance well-being, and enrich the lives of our clients and that of their closest relatives or loved ones. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of care, fostering meaningful relationships, and offering comprehensive support that meets the diverse needs of each individual.
Model of Care
Our model of care encompasses a holistic and person-centred approach that places our clients at the heart of all we do. This means tailoring our care plans to match the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of each individual. We understand that well-being is multidimensional, extending beyond physical health to encompass emotional, social, and psychological aspects. Our approach integrates these dimensions, aiming to create an environment that fosters not only physical well-being but also happiness, companionship, and a sense of belonging.
We uphold and adhere to a set of guiding principles inspired by established regulatory standards under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) 2009. Our commitment to these standards is rooted in the principles of individualised care and safety and key legislation such as the Care Standards Act 2000.
Service Type: Domiciliary Care
Inwood Homecare provides personal care for people living in their own homes. The needs of people using the services may vary greatly, but packages of care are designed to meet individual circumstances. The person may be visited at various times of the day or, in some cases, care may be provided over a full 24-hour period. Where care is provided intermittently throughout the day, the person may live independently of any continuous support or care between their visits.
